Shipping
All products are shipped frozen with dry ice and will arrive in an insulated container. The coolers are custom designed to allows more transit time, reducing the shipping costs. You can choose from any of the shipping options shown at checkout or when you request a shipping quote.
All orders ship the first Monday or Tuesday after they are placed. Depending on your location and shipping service chosen, your package could deliver Tuesday - Thursday. Please be sure someone is available to get product into your freezer the same day it arrives.
